  5. I absolutely fucking sad what i have done in past , but listening you im gonna do the right way . My biggest mistakes was jumping From The Program To Program Every Week and Poor Training frequency . For 3 weeks i was trying to get a program but failed so i decided to take notes and watch videos . so i finally made my program , from the next week I'm going to reach my goals . Thank you Scott and others bodybuilders.

  6. Simple steps:
    Get a fitness app.
    Put ur height and weight.
    Calculate how many calories u need.
    Eat that much calories.
    100% u will gain weight. Its an exact science.

    PS: Check how much u burn through exercises aswell.
