  1. I essentially do eccentric isometric push ups daily combined with intermitent fasting..I fast from 12a.m to 8pm..eat from 8pm to 12a.m.. I drink water during fast period .I have never be so pumped and happy about life ..I don't eat out at all..No soda,burgers only eat at home everything I can during that 4hour period so far lost ten pounds since last thanksgiving.

  3. shredda STAY looking SAUCY! YHWH BLESS FOR SHOWING US HOW TO GET SAUCY! I did a pull up to pushup routine just recently released and my boy could only do 5 sets I was ready for 10.. But i stopped because he had to throw up. Im sore af today too! Always loved that combo but Im glad to see shredda always doing pushups.

  5. Training with Body weight is quite effective but limited results, barbells, dumbbells, multi-used machine, different equipment , sleep well, eat well, can help to develop and stimulate muscles grow bigger and bigger.

This methodology is totally incorrect, switching of the hand position the way he did puts an unnatural amount of stress on the shoulders rotator cuff, elbows, and only really serves to take the isolation off of the Pectoral/Chest and distributed to the elbows, shoulders, and triceps so this is not a good idea if you are actually trying to build a bigger Pectoral/Chest. It might look fancy and feel awkward and difficult to do and that is because of the unnatural positioning that these push-ups are being done in, one thing you have to keep in mind when doing push-ups is if the movement itself is not A symmetrical with the body you are not going to get maximum benefit from the primary muscle that you are trying to target which in this case is the Chest / Pectoral muscle. Now if you want some ideas on how to better Target the chest a more effective idea would be to Incline your feet on that bench outsid and or adjusting the width of your hands from a wide grip with your hands just outside of shoulder width and slowly working your way closer and closer until you get to a diamond push up width, but definitely do not use these weird hand position done in this video as it will only lead to an ineffective chest workout and more than likely injury to your shoulders and elbows. I am a professional bodybuilder and I share these tips with you not to throw shade on the person who made these videos, but just to inform those people who are out there looking for effective ways to build their Chest/Pectoral.
