Something you did in this video made me remember something I wanted to suggest, if you could, on your meal prep video if you can detail the seasonings you use and also at what temperature you use the oven and for how long. Can I Use regular ketchup or sweet baby rays? Lol. Enjoyed the video bro.

    You know this isnt smart!
    You will loose alot of muscle, cuz your boddy isnt in kethose yet. Carbs is our fuel.. so if you dont eat.. so no carbs. It doesnt just use youre resources(fatt).
    It will use alot of muscle mass!

    I tryd this for 3 weeks. With a dietplan! Almost ended up in the hospital….

  4. This is more of an intermittent fasting because you’re consuming food 3 meals basically within a certain time window. OMAD is just ONE sitting not within a time window… anyways, good video though

I respect all the people in the fitness industry putting out knowledge and advice but why y’all hype people up about belly fat the body doesn’t choose the fat you want to lose now granted you may have lost some but you don’t have a lot to lose so for you it’s a success somebody with a high percentage like me will lose maybe in legs or arms

  6. What’s the difference between a kcal and a calorie ? My fitness tracker says I burned 415 calories in one day and I’m busy all day at work and then hitting the gym after work so I call bs that I only burned 415?????
