  1. I gave up slimming world too and have started intermittent Fasting with low carb. Fits in with my lifestyle and actually doing ok on it. It's not a quick solution but my body is better for it and so much more energy and awareness of foods. I know carbs bring my mood down and make me feel sluggish now. Slow and steady.. 😊

  2. I find with teamrh I feel healthier, even though the scales are going down slower than I'm used to, it feels so much better. I'm hitting 10,000 steps every day and I feel alive. So happy! Keep on going, you are doing great! Oh and I love strength training too. I also use to like running, might try to get back into that XX 🙂

  3. Highly recommend Team RH! No syn BS! Since I joined I've completed a half marathon, given up alcohol and now have a personal trainer. It's great to see you back and ready to kick ass again x

  4. Hi Ria. I found your channel originally as I was searching for people struggling on SW. I have now joined Team RH as I can't stand the bullshit any longer. Like you I was educated about macros and nutrition but found I was over-riding this with all the crap SW were pushing on me – especially recently with the various changes. I am now going to take charge and not lose weight because I am luckily in a deficit – I'm going to lose weight because I know I'm in a deficit. I am grateful to SW for making me eat and appreciate more fruit and veg but I have now levelled up.

  5. Great to see you. I have missed the chats on the sofa. I totally connect with you about binge eating. I’m trying to lower sugar and carbs and calories but although I had a bingey kind of week and know I’m probably back at my starting weight tomorrow. I’m so glad to have you back on here. To see someone real and not involved with slimming World xxx

Cannot agree with daily weighing, it can send someone with eating issues over the edge, it's a shame I've always loved your videos but it seems everyone doing RH fitness has to knock slimming world, why does everyone who regains their weight blame SW rather than themselves, I've gained some back due to family illness but it's all me not slimming world, good luck with your new journey.
