  2. Smith Machine vs Barbell bench press — Smith machine is not a recipe for disaster by any means while I agree it may not be the ideal exercise for chest. With both ways, muscle activation is the same in the pecs and anterior deltoids, but the barbell bench press increases medial deltoid activation by 50% more than the Smith machine bench press. This is according to scientific research. Please keep in mind more activation may not mean more mass

  3. i have problem of shoulder disbalance all excersise sets including shoulder , back , chest all are going in worng way and my one side body is littel small than other right working sholuder side body please sir talk to me and reply me and friend please tell me how i contact to guru mann sir or any one please solve my problem . #healthandfitness
