  1. I want to say, I truly hope you reach your goal because I see you have a lot on your plate. I actually lost a good amount of weight. I just drank water or tea , no rice, no bread, no candy, and I was eating more protein food like eggs and tuna. T I read this interview on the Healthnut blog about how tea can help you lose weight. https://healthnut.home.blog/

  2. You can do it ❤️ hang in there .
You should start a group with women who want to loose weight but are struggling… like a support group almost …
It’ll make you feel accountable and also build relationships with other women.😊

  3. Great you have started shedding weight again. Please try intermittent fasting with high protein low carbohydrates diet. You will surely gonna loose alot of weight. Moms are always sooo busy that they don’t have time for themselves. Even i am struggling with weight issues throughout my life. Recently learned intermittent fasting and it’s really very helpful

  4. Great Video Jenn! It's so refreshing to see a video that shows the real side of being a mom. Making yourself a priority and finding that balance is so tough. I'm sure that you will accomplish whatever you set your mind to. We are all here along for the journey with you. From one mama to another..you got this girl!

  5. I swear you’re like my Canadian soul sista lol I relate to you so much (could be that we’re both Italian too lol)
I’m in the same boat where I start doing well and then something always seems to derail me. But we can and WILL do this!! Much love to you xoxo

  6. You got this, Jenn! If you can, keep vlogging to keep yourself accountable! Check in weekly! Hope George is feeling better! Hugs! btw 2.2 lbs in your first week is amazing! You said so yourself that you felt bloated, I don't know what the time lapse was from that to the weigh in you did where you lost 2.2 lbs. (was it the next day? if so it was water weight) it will come off!

  7. Awesome job Jenn! It’s great to see you vlog again! I hope you continue to share this journey. I’m a busy mom of two girls, a 9 year old and 9 month old and I’m also getting back on track of my weight loss journey and you continue to motivate me!

  8. Hi Jenn,
I can relate so much, I once lost about 80 lbs (to 175) and now I am on the same weight as you, it's crazy how tough it is to change your lifestyle, instead of simply following some rules for a certain period of time (just to hit your goal weight).
I'm so proud of you and wish you to be strong and stay on the right path! I know how tough it is and I'm glad your husband supports you, hopefully you can do it together! <3
Oh and I hope little boy feels better soon, sending all of you a big HUG!

  9. I love any video you put out but I am so happy to see you focusing back on your health and sharing that with us! Coming from someone who has been on both sides I know the struggle and can relate to you so much! Congratulations on your loss! I often times have to remind myself that my health goes beyond the number on the scale, and that it’s inevitable that some weeks there will be little to no loss or even a gain. You’ve done this before and you’ll do it again!

  10. You did very well this week ! Try to look at it more than just the numbers…you were not motivated to do it before but this week you dug in and did the work…even with a sick little guy! That is a non scale victory in itself. Also, 2.2 lbs is a good number….you would have been upset with a 2.2 lb gain but you are going in the right direction. Also, that is so great that your husband is so supportive of you, even working out with you. My husband just ignores my requests for help/ support. It gets frustrating but not much I can do about it. Anyway, I'm happy for you and your successful week…I know how hard it is to make the effort when you are feeling unmotivated/exhausted/etc, etc.
    Congrats!

  11. Jenn I love how you are honest and raw about your journey we all need to see ups and downs to know we are not alone & you are not alone either. Life is life, it won’t always go as planned but I believe you can do this 👍 and I can’t wait to see what the future hold for you and your beautiful family ❤️

  12. Don’t give up!! Just keep eating lots of veggies to make you feel full and good about yourself.. exercising comes second. Being a mom myself, we need to keep our house tidy and carry our kids and those require a lot of energy. Maybe in the next season you’d be able to exercise more and you just gotta give yourself grace and a lot of patience, a lot of love which means resting when you need to or reading a good book. Self-care is so important when we are SAHM and have young children..

  14. You are doing a great job! I started Beachbody on demand at the beginning of January. This time, my husband has been more involved in doing the workouts with me. It has helped tremendously! I finished 21 day fix and I'm on week 1 of 21 day fix extreme. Keep it up! I've heard it's normal to be swollen when you start exercising.

  15. OMG 272 lbs I didnt even know where you were at been a while but dont worry… I am the SAME exact way about weight loss numbers like I cant lose that much even the first week unless im drinking water but even still its REALLY hard. But I am glad your back on, you seem like you know what you need to do. and trust me.. sometimes you just gotta force yourself to start cause that happened to me too.. i got so heavy that like walking around the corner to the convinence store was too much for me… and if I didnt start making baby steps i would always feel "too tired" but eventually it will get better. And thats so great you went on vacay i need to do that soon! Keep up the good work! The food looks really good, I'd love to see recipes 🙂

  16. There will always be something when you’re a mama. It’s learning to overcome all those obstacles. As for the weight, your body is probably confused and your metabolism has crashed. You need to work on restoring it and try and stop the yo yo’ing. You got this. 💕

  17. Gah the beginning of this video
Made me feel so bad. I see that you’re struggling and not feeling good about yourself but are pouring all of yourself into taking care of your baby. You can’t pour from an empty cup and I hope you get on track to be your best self !
    You deserve it.

  18. I don't usually comment but I wanted to say that you are amazing and such an inspiration ❤️ Everyone stalls every once in a while! I love watching your videos. You're a great mom & have a good head on your shoulders. I have full confidence that you'll get back to the unstoppable mindset you had before having your gorgeous baby boy. Thank you for sharing your life with us!

  19. Always go with your gut mamma! Your doing an awesome job! I find I go through the same thing…as soon as I start trying to eat clean something always happens that gets me off track, like getting sick ugh

  20. I just watched you’re video I’ve been on my weight loss journey since September and I weighed myself in the beginning and I just barely weighed myself last week and I lost 30 lbs ! My advice to you is don’t use the scale because it just makes things more difficult like I said I didn’t weigh myself for months bc I didn’t want that disappointment of weighing myself all the time … You shouldn’t put that pressure on yourself, put it away for later and concentrate on eating healthy… I eat up to 20 carbs per day and consume no sugar I use Truvia for sweetness if needed for baking keto stuff etc …. If you can follow Dr Eric Berg, keto karma, keto connect, low carb with Jennifer on here and IG best of luck ♥️Uguys!!!

  21. I have PCOS and if i can hit 2 lbs in one week i'd be so happy. But 1lb every few weeks for 3 years has added up to 80lb weightloss. So even though we don't get big drops a little bit always adds up in the end. You got this!

  22. Have you tried intermittent fasting? I do the 16:8 method. I eat between 12pm and 8pm. And I eat 1 medium sized meal for lunch (sandwich and a some chips or fish and veggies) and a larger meal for dinner to keep me satisfied till noon the next day. I try to stay within my calories to lose weight 1500 and chug water all morning. After about 2 days I stopped feeling hungry which helped me to stop thinking about food all the time. I lost about 7 pounds within 2 weeks and still going strong.
