    I’m 50 pounds down now but still struggle with the late night sweets binging. Made the excuse of walking to the store to buy it to make eating everything in one evening “okay” lol

    a tip for that chia seed pudding for people that can't handle the texture (like me): once it's done, put it in the blender and blend it up so it turns whipped and feels more like a typical pudding!

  5. Thank, thank, thank you for this message! I've actually struggled with binge eating for a very long time. Long before I started losing weight, actually. So when I did start trying to lose weight, I was at a loss about what a healthy relationship with food should look like. I watched videos and read articles, but got conflicting information. I became obsessed with how many calories I was eating each day, only allowing myself 1300 to 1600- I'm 5'10". If I binged, I didn't eat the rest of the day. I got rapid results, but I've always been athletically built under my chunk and I'm pretty sure I lost muscle, too. And then I stumbled on your videos. And it might sound stupid, but it was you mentioning that one way or another, you found a way to fit cake into your daily diet that got through to me that I needed to find some kind of middle ground. I've been watching, on one account or another, ever since.

  10. I sorely wish I had seen this video before I had done the same damage to myself. I am so glad you made this video because it is what I needed to confirm why I had to get my gallbladder removed. I started heavily restricting at the start of 2016 and lost over 40 lbs. I gained some weight back and started experiencing gallbladder attacks. Like you said, not fun and the worst pain I have ever felt. Everyone in my family shamed me for being overweight, citing that I must have had a bad diet -I was vegetarian) and causing financial problems for myself. I couldn't wrap my mind around it. Now it just makes sense. I wish I would have known.

  11. Oh Jordan… thank you so much. I wish I could talk to you one on one so bad. I hope that doesn't come across as creepy. I am just desperate… I am dying. I really don't know how much longer my body can sustain all the abuse I have been putting it through for so long. I am currently 5'5" and 330 lbs. I used to weigh 394. I have lost a little over the last 4 years but I am still very sick. I am now on disability and I hate it. I want to work. But in order to work I have to be able to walk. I am almost immobile. I have just ruined my joints. I have a plethora of health issues… and I know they directly correlate to my obesity. I am going to download your program and just pray to God that 2019 is the year I commit to changing… and save my life. Thank you again. I just recently found you and I swear I think it was meant for me to stumble across your channel. You truly are my inspiration. I know that I will be depending a lot on watching your videos daily… just for encouragement… and I thank you so much for your honesty and openness because you help me and I am sure others.   12. For your gallstones take apple cider vinegar. I have gallstones they said I needed surgery I take apple cider vinegar tablets now. 5 a day. They have dissolved. I have no pain. Try it see if it helps no guarantees.

  13. I am a bit concerned about my weight loss journey. I'm 5'3 and 146 lbs and my doctor has always reminded me that I'm overweight. It's the new year and I'm getting back into yoga but I'm slowly realizing me calorie intake is very unhealthy. Most days I eat twice three times at most and every once in a while I binge on junk food and feel horrible after. I'm a very picky eater and have general anxiety disorder so I don't know where to go from here? I consider becoming a vegetarian and I don't like milk anyway but I feel weak and it sucks. Feeling weak has always been the normal for me so any advice would be appreciated.

  14. you are really inspiring tbh. I started using the elliptical for 20 mins everyday and i'm hoping to start a diet that works. I've seen that app a lot though for several weight loss youtubers I watch. Unless I missed it, does anyone know what it's called?

  15. Eating all day will attack the muscles because of insulin spikes. Fasting is a 💯 deficit and your body goes for the fat stores and takes all the calories you need for the day. And cures food addictions. I use to be this person. I use to binge. I contacted Cole Robinson snake diet check out his channel or mine for more info. Your not weak just not educated enough.   16. Hey Jordan! Just made the chia seed pudding and I loved it! One thing I did do different is I mixed my chocolate protein powder in with the almond milk before adding it, and I did bananas instead of apples 😊 because I LOVE chocolate-banana

  17. The first time I lost weight in high school I was also very weak , I’d stand up and felt like I was about to faint. I also began binging and stopped caring so I gained all the weight back plus more from having 2 kids.

  18. I find it unfortunate that the idea of using almond milk is, for a lot of people, to benefit the environment – but it’s truly awful for it. And with so many people turning vegan and switching to it the damage is actually becoming a huge issue. Liked the video though :)))) and I’ll definitely use your beginners guide and link my friend to it (who also wants to lose weight).

I'm sure you already know this 😅 but I have struggled with binge eating for YEARS and it's so fucking annoying. I have gotten a lot better with it but still struggle with not getting "full" at night.   23. First time commenting. Girl, you are my new inspo for losing weight. I'm an engineering student from CR and let me tell you, healthy food plus going to the university is such a challenge. I've been trying to lose weight for the past few years and keep gaining it back due to stress/depression/hormonal shit. I'm done gaining it back lol. Will follow your guide and I'll let you know in a few months how's been for me :). Also, I'm sort of planning on creating an Instagram account to keep myself accountable for the progress. Wish me luck lol.
